Marc FRANTZ works across real estate asset management, corporate structuring, construction and property management. His background includes experience in the Luxembourg legal and judicial system. He holds Master’s degrees in Private Law and European Banking and Finance Law.
We can assist you in French, English, German and Luxembourgish.
Agency fees
Sales: commission of up to 3% of the selling price, plus 17% VAT.
Rentals: commission equivalent to one month’s rent, plus 17% VAT. For residential leases, agency fees are shared equally between landlord and tenant.
